September 1 - Rent Due
September 5 - Last Day to Put Rent in the Blue Box before 6 pm
September 6 - Labor Day - Office Closed
September 13-16 - Preventative Maintenance at Southpark Complex This Week!
Septemeber 20-23 - Late Rent Due +$50 +$45 Court Cost - All Residents will come in to sign final paperwork for the Annual Recertification between the hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
September 27-30 - Preventive Maintenance at Eastpark This Week!
Preventive Maintenance for Eastpark will be done twice for the month of September. This had to be rescheduled from August.
