February 5 - Last day to put rent in blue box before 6PM.
February 6 - Late Rent due +$50.
February 10-13 - Preventive maintenance at Southpark Complex this week.
February 14 - Happy Valentine's Day
February 17 - Office Closed, Presidents' Day
February 18-19 - Section 8 Applications Accepted
February 20 - Late Rent due +$50 +$40.
February 24-27 - Preventive maintenance at Eastpark Complex this week.
