Section 8 Application Process

Do not leave applications in our drop box they will not be processed.

Instructions

Go to www.hartsvilleha.org
Click on Services & Info
Click on Housing Choice Voucher Program
To the left of the screen click on HCV Forms
Click on full application for Housing Choice Voucher Program
Print off the application form, fill it out completely. You will need birth certificates, social security cards for all household members, (if they are not a family member you will need court documents)
Bring application and documents to the office on the date we will be taking the applications

You must sign in!
Application must be viewed & verified by a PHA staff member.
Citizenship forms have to be filled out and signed by anyone over the age of 18.
