Section 8 will be accepting applications on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 9-11 AM and 2-4 PM. You must go to the Housing Authority of Hartsville website to print applications and forms. Make sure to follow instructions. If you applied this year, you are not eligible to re-apply. If you owe money to the Housing Authority, you are not eligible to apply.
