When you come to the Housing Authority Office for any reason you are REQUIRED to wear a face mask. You MUST have an appointment to enter the building and there is only two people allowed in the lobby at one time.

All maintenance emergencies/problems after the office is closed must be called into 843-639-1528.

June 1 - Rent Due

June 5 - Last day to put rent in blue box before 6PM

June 6 - Late Rent due +$50

June 21 - Father's Day

June 22 -  Late Rent due +$50 +$40
