You can pick up paperwork from the office located at 1301 South Fifth Street, Hartsville, SC 29550.

• You must bring birth certificates and social security cards for all household members with you.
• Anyone 18 years or older must be able to pass a background check.
• You cannot owe money to the Housing Authority.
