Office Closed for 4th of July Holiday

Our office will be closed Wednesday, July 4 for the 4th of July holiday. We will reopen Thursday, July 5 at 8:00am. 

Rent Reminders

July 1 - Rent Due

July 5 - Last day to put Rent in the Blue Box before 6:00pm

July 6 - Rent is due + $50 late fee

July 23 - Rent is due + $90 late fee

Recertification

EastPark recertification will be July 9 - 12.

SouthPark recertification will be July 23 - 26.

 

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance will be performed at EastPark July 16 - 19

Preventive Maintenance will be performed at SouthPark July 23 - 26

 

Pest Control

Pest Control will be at both complexes on Monday, July 9

Rental Insurance

All Residents should look into purchasing Rental Insurance to cover theft, fire, etc. for your apartment. The cost is around $30 a month.
